Alana M. Ritenour

Alana is a business attorney in the firm's Real Estate & Finance and Health Care Practice Groups.  She advises clients on all aspects of commercial transactions and business matters including contract negotiations, drafting, and disputes, purchases and sales, business formation and acquisitions, retail and medical office leasing, commercial lending, and commercial real estate development.

Alana represents a wide range of companies, professionals, and organizations, including real estate developers, property management companies, medical practices and facilities, biotech companies and small businesses.
