Alana is a business attorney in the firm's Health Care and Real Estate & Finance Practice Groups. She advises clients on all aspects of commercial transactions and business matters including contract negotiations and disputes, purchases and sales, business formation and acquisitions, retail and medical office leasing, regulated retail sales, shipment and licensing issues, and commercial lending.
Alana represents a wide range of companies, professionals, and organizations, including medical practices and facilities, biotech companies, local and national retailers, real estate developers, property management companies, and small businesses.
