Allan S. Buffenstein
Director
Allan is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate & Finance Practice Groups where he works with clients on general corporate matters, contracts, business issues, commercial real estate and finance, and workouts and restructurings.
He is the director of the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice Group. Allan has lectured for various bar associations and the Virginia Law Foundation in continuing legal education programs.
