Allison F. Rienecker
Allison F. Rienecker is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice is focused on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, and trucking litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Allison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steven C. McCallum of Chesterfield County Circuit Court in Virginia.
Allison is a Richmond area native. She graduated from Cornell University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Business minor. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Civil Engineer for the New York City Department of Transportation on bridge reconstruction projects.
Allison earned her law degree in 2014, graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. In law school, she served as the President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, an elected representative to the Student Bar Association, and the Annual Survey & Symposium Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology.
