Gail M. Deady
Associate
Gail is a member of the litigation group and represents clients in insurance defense, premises liability defense, creditor’s rights, and business litigation in Virginia state and federal courts. Gail also represents clients in select divorce matters.
Gail is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and of the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was named Outstanding Woman Law Student of the Class of 2011 and received the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar Award. As a law student, Gail provided pro bono legal representation to residents of central Virginia and appeared in court on their behalf in family law, housing, and consumer rights matters. Gail currently volunteers at the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society, where she provides pro bono representation to clients in family law and housing matters.
While in law school, Gail served as an Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and as President of the Washington and Lee Women Law Students Organization.
