Patricia Collins McCullagh

Trish is a director in the firm's Litigation Department, where she concentrates her practice in business and risk management litigation.

As a business litigator, Trish often advises clients on issues relating to business owner disputes, tortious interference, non-compete, trade secret violations, and other similar matters. Where initial resolution of these matters is not feasible, she regularly appears in state and federal court, to handle these cases.

Trish also handles all aspects of other tort based litigation, including toxic torts, mold contamination, premises and products liability, as well as related personal and property damage matters.
