Our attorneys handle all phases of Workers’ Compensation litigation including hearings and appeals before the Full Commission, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. McCandlish Holton Morris’ growing Litigation practice seeks a Civil Litigation Associate, preferably with at least 2 years of experience, for a wide variety of litigated matters in State and Federal courts throughout Virginia.
