Employee Benefits

McCandlish Holton has an active practice in tax, labor, securities and labor law aspects of employee benefits and related tax-savings vehicles. Matters covered include qualified retirement plans, employee stock ownership plans, stock options, welfare plans (group health, life, disability, cafeteria plans), non-qualified deferred compensation and individual retirement accounts.

Our current clientele is comprised of employers, financial institutions providing products to employers and individuals, administrators and accountants providing administrative services, and individuals.

Payroll Taxes
